Surreal! Are those balloons on sticks in the foreground? And people in front of the building? The "big" version of the picture isn't big enough to make them out!
This was taken at the Emo Court Garden Festival last Summer.
Balloons featured in two of the gardens and added much needed height to the overall effect.

As for people near the house, I'll look more closely at the original.
My efforts to keep the human form out of my photos of buildings continues... one or two always manage to appear, even sometimes at windows.
I know what you mean about trying to get them not to show up ... but at the same time, they're sometimes quite entertaining. ;)
