While I do not suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), COLD has set in.
Flying back from Italy, we looked down over snow-capped peaks.
Memories of days spend near Chamonix in the 1970's flooded past. Perhaps next year, or the year after,
I'll get to capture Mont Blanc?

Beautiful shot! I don't know about the Alps ... but, if provincial, village life is your speed....
