Self Editing

If blogging has any purpose, it may be to sensitize writers to how one might give offense without even trying.

Today I've tidied up the blog here and there. Decided to cull some comments. Since everything that has ever been posted is still washing about out there somewhere, a link to the deleted comments may be found here:
